the location IS central. i found the front desk staff VERY helpful with directions. I really Liked being so close to the palace.

The front desk staff were helpful .

The room had issues. I found a large cockroach . post-checkout, a charge looked on my credit card for bar consumption. I had not used the bar and had photographed its contents upon departure since there was no inventory list. The quality was not as expected.

helpful staff varied choices

the staff in the restaurant and at reception WERE very helpful. They even offered to mail our postcards since i couldn't find a mailbox. the breakfast had good choices and variety.

The location offered convenient access to the Royal Palace. St Michael Market and Sol Plaza were within easy reach. The staff was attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

The room suffered from poor soundproofing. I heard street noise and noise from within the hotel. The value for money was not very good. I thought it was a bit overpriced.

underwhelming experience

small room awkward bathroom

the room was rather small. it also felt quite dark, lacking natural light. the bathroom layout was awkward, with the sink in the main room instead of being properly enclosed. this arrangement provided little privacy, which i found inconvenient.
